Last year, hurricanes forced us to delay our plans but in 2025, we’re making an even bigger comeback! This year, we are excited to celebrate both the grand reopening of our Sasquatch Wellness Trail, now featuring an expanded path and new signage, and the launch of an entirely new Frontline & Veteran Wellness Trail designed to honor and support those who serve our communities.
These trails are more than just places to walk; they are dedicated spaces for movement, mindfulness, and connection. Research continues to show the power of physical activity and time in nature to support mental well-being, reduce stress, and build resilience. Whether you’re looking to walk, ruck, or simply take a moment to breathe in the fresh air, these trails are here to encourage balance, strength, and renewal.
We invite you to be part of these milestone moments as we reclaim these spaces, strengthen our community, and embrace the connection between movement, nature, and mental wellness. Check out the event details below and join us in making 2025 a year of resilience and renewal!
