Find Help, Find Hope!


Our Executive Director, Debbie L. Proulx, has been posting three things she is thankful for every night on her Facebook page since 2013. She uses the hashtag Thankful3 when doing so. In her own words “This is the single best thing that I have done for my personal mental health. It gets me out of my own head and helps me focus on the positives in life.”

We know that being thankful doesn’t take away the bad nor does it substitute for professional care, but it does stop it from being all-consuming. We encourage you to start some kind of gratitude list, be it online, in a journal, or in your phone’s note app.

To help you change your focus we have also started offering #Thankful3 Zooms.
